Lowe’s Survey (Lowe’s Customer Satisfaction Survey) allows Lowe’s customers to share their feedback. The Survey lets you win a chance to enter a $500 monthly sweepstakes.

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is conducting an online survey that takes less than five (5) minutes. It is an opportunity to share your opinion about your Lowe’s store visit.

Lowe’s Survey Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are announced using a random selection conducted by the Lowe’s Survey administration.

Random picking is done among all eligible survey entries received through the Online Survey at www.lowes.com/survey.

Winners shall be notified with contact details provided while taking the Survey.

Winners should respond within seven business days.

If a winner cannot respond, the administration randomly selects another winner.

The odds of you becoming a winner depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  16. I had a wonderful experience today at the Lowe’s store in Concord, NC. Three sales associates went the extra mile to make sure everything went right with my purchase. The first was Torri, who worked in flooring. She came off her break early to assist us and even found help in another department when she was finished. she even went to the register to help my wife and me when we were checking out. Then, there was a Princess at the register who checked us out. She was polite, and when she ran into an issue with setting up the delivery for my items, she didn’t stop until she found someone to help complete the transaction. That someone was Traves; he, too, was very knowledgeable and helpful to me in completing my purchase. Finally, I don’t usually spend $2000.00 on every visit to Lowe’s, but with the excellent customer service I had today, I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks to you all.

Not only did he help with our decision-making, he answered our every question expertly and confidently. He was highly knowledgeable about the products but also made customer care a priority.   18. I had the pleasure of working with Damon at the Lowes Timonium location for the purchase of carpet and tile. I am currently living in Florida, but I am purchasing a condo in Cockeysville, MD, not far from the Lowes location. Damon has been accommodating to me, working at a distance to get things done. Because of Damon, I chose Lowes over Home Depot, and I also plan on purchasing ceiling fans, kitchen faucets, a refrigerator, a range, a microwave, and a dishwasher with Damon. I even opened a Lowes credit card account—all thanks to Damon.

  19. I visited Lowe’s on November 24th, and Scott was very helpful. He helped us find the exact item we were looking for and helped us look for more items.

  20. I visited the Riverdale Ut. Store Nov. 24, 2023 at 6.21 am. I made a large purchase of 5 large items. Mitch is a reasonably new employee, and he did amazingly well helping load the boxes and getting me through the checkout and out to my car. All items wouldn’t fit, so he retained them at the store til I could come back later that morning to pick them up.

  21. Jake at the Woodvillage Or store was customer-friendly. My husband was looking for a few pieces of lumber, and Jake took his time and helped find just the right parts. I even climbed way up high to check that inventory. You are lucky to have an employee like him.

  22. Wednesday at 3:55 PM, we went to Lowe’s store on Ulysses St., Northeast in Blaine, Minnesota, to buy some pellets for barbecuing that were on sale. Ed, an older gentleman, went above and beyond to get all of the barbecuing pellet material from up on the top shelf for us. He then wheeled our cart to the front of the store and made sure every bag had the sale price when we checked out. Ed was at store 2465, and he was at terminal 26. We appreciate Ed’s help tremendously.

  23. Ms. Erika was an attentive employee. She was well educated in the product specs, searching for products that were outside the store, and the warranty process. She was also training her teammate and was very patient as she was showing him how to operate the system; she allowed him to do it while she taught him step-by-step. I genuinely appreciate her smile, her kindness, and her world-class customer service.

  24. On 11/22/23 at Store #1925 in Cornelia, GA, I had a great visit shopping for grill accessories with an associate named Rachel.
    Rachel greeted me with a smile, and she was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. Rachel is a vital asset for the company, and when you have a pleasant shopping experience, you will return to the business. If there were a rating system from 1 to 10, I would give Rachel a 10 Plus.

  25. I had a great experience at Lowes with an associate named Patricia. She deserves a 5-star review. Patricia helped us select, order, and measure Bali Blinds and Shades.

  26. This morning, I purchased at Lowes on the Eastern Bypass in Montgomery, AL, and was greeted by the most hospitable lady. Her name is Mellie. She is an asset to your company. She told me how much she enjoys working at Lowes. Thanks to Mellie for giving me such an excellent start to my day.

  27. I had a great experience today at Lowes Tool Rental on South Blvd. Keith and David helped me with my carpet cleaner. Keith explained the process and how to work the carpet cleaner.
